Oklahoma Joes (The original one in the gas station, <a href="http://www.oklahomajoesbbq.com/" target="new">http://www.oklahomajoesbbq.com/</a><br />Get the "Hog Heaven" sandwich, and aptly dubbed "crack fries")<br />Also great ribs!<br /><br />#2. Arthur Bryant's Original, <a href="http://www.arthurbryantsbbq.com/" target="new">http://www.arthurbryantsbbq.com/</a><br />(The ribs are like BUTTER! The chicken is also outstanding! Get a pitcher of locally brewed Pale Ale from Boulevard Brewery.)<br /><br />#3. RJ's Bob-Be-Que Shack, <a href="http://www.rjsbbq.com/" target="new">RJ's Bob Be Que Shack</a> "Bob's Favorite" with sliced smoked sausage, the casing is not a problem this way, delicious Brisket Soup and Breakfast on Weekends.
