Oklahoma Joes (The original one in the gas station, &lt;a href="http://www.oklahomajoesbbq.com/" target="new"&gt;http://www.oklahomajoesbbq.com/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Get the "Hog Heaven" sandwich, and aptly dubbed "crack fries")&lt;br /&gt;Also great ribs!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;#2. Arthur Bryant's Original, &lt;a href="http://www.arthurbryantsbbq.com/" target="new"&gt;http://www.arthurbryantsbbq.com/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(The ribs are like BUTTER! The chicken is also outstanding! Get a pitcher of locally brewed Pale Ale from Boulevard Brewery.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;#3. RJ's Bob-Be-Que Shack, &lt;a href="http://www.rjsbbq.com/" target="new"&gt;RJ's Bob Be Que Shack&lt;/a&gt; "Bob's Favorite" with sliced smoked sausage, the casing is not a problem this way, delicious Brisket Soup and Breakfast on Weekends.  They cater, and Bob is so nice!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Here are my Top 3 Blues Joints:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;#1. Bb's Lawnside BBQ, &lt;a href="http://bbslawnsidebbq.com/" target="new"&gt;http://bbslawnsidebbq.com/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Wed-Sun live blues, all-blues jukebox, lunch specials, friendly atmosphere, Cold BEER!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;#2. Knucklehead's Saloon, &lt;a href="http://knuckleheadskc.com/" target="new"&gt;http://knuckleheadskc.com/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Get your tix early for large regional bands, always local bands, usually a free jam on Sundays, right now it's Levee Town every Sunday at 2pm! &lt;a href="www.leveetown.com" target="new"&gt;Levee Town&lt;/a&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;#3.
